I tried this for the first time tonight with rice a broccoli. My wife said it was one of the best meals I have ever cooked & I cook all the time. I have not used my instant pot for over a year. I’m going to make more meals with it going forward. Thanks for the recipe.

This recipe is a staple in my home. All 3 of my very young children love this meal. I’m sure I’ve made it 40 times over the past 2 years. I typically make it with chicken thighs and it comes out great (7 min pressure cook & 11 min natural release).Thanks for a delicious, easy dish.

Amy + Jacky’s Chicken Marsala and Roasted Potatoes, with green beans and Vortex roasted golden beets. It was amazing! I made Jeff’s marsala once, and it was fine, but I like this one better.
