Ever since I first tried this recipe and method (Instant Pot), it’s the only way I cook black rice. Perfect every time! Occasionally, I use chicken broth instead of water, which also turns out great.

Forbidden rice in the instant pot, steamed edamame in the microwave, red lentils soaked in. Boiled water till tender with a slight crunch, black walnut pieces, ginger, fresh lime juice, grape seed oil, sesame oil and Bragg’s aminos in place of soy sauce to taste.
