I made this Acorn Squash in the instant pot with A&J’s recipe! I never liked squash but after I tried it, this is my new favorite 😋👍❤️ it’s amazingly delicious! I also broiled it for a couple minutes to brown the top with the sauce. Super fast and easy!

Fantastic recipe that makes acorn squash Insta-easy.

I was almost finished when I saw the caramelize option so reset and did that.
I used the maple butter as a marinade for soy crumbles, added rice with fresh herbs and Chinese five spice and put it back under the air fryer on top of the carmelized squash to serve as one full meal.
Hubby said give five more stars from him too.

Quinoa salad with IP cooked acorn squash ❤️ I like the squash with melted butter and garlic and red pepper flakes. Also eggs are cooked in the IP 5-5-5 method. Winner dinner 🥰

Words can’t describe how happy I am to be able to cook acorn squash in the Instant pot. I’ve used this recipe every time and it turns out delicious.

You will want to cook the squash in the Instant Pot first and then use the air fryer lid to finalize the cooking.

Sorry…..I am a literal person and need to understand part of the instructions….I have the air fryer lid for my IP so….Do I cook the squash in the instant pot first, then put the air fryer lid on to finalize the cooking? Or do I cook either just in the IP or just in the IP with the air fryer lid. Thanks! 🙂

Another option is to lay out the recipe ingredients on the left side of the page and the recipe to the right of the ingredients. I have seen other recipes print out this way and it’s designed to print to one page. (allrecipes)
