This was delicious and easy. I used a full box (1 lb) of thick spaghetti and just increased the liquid by 1/2 a cup. Also did 1 lb of ground beef and didn’t have celery unfortunately but added a couple shredded carrots.

I cooked it for the first time today and it’s a very good recipe.

I think I’ll make the following adjustments next time.
– cook the meat etc in the chicken stock mix, minus the extra water, for 15 minutes on high pressure.
– release pressure.
– add spaghetti and additional water.
– cook for 7 minutes on high with 5 minutes natural release.

Holy smokes. I have gotten away from my IP therefore haven’t come here to A&J site in a long time. Let’s be honest if you’re making anything in the IP it has to be by Amy & Jacky. Their flavors are perfection and THIS recipe HOLY SMOKES is the BEST! I doubled the recipe and my husband and children gobbled it up. I don’t have leftovers.
Don’t worry if you don’t like mushrooms or celery because you don’t taste them. All you taste is a hearty beefy Unami flavor. THE BEST RECIPE IN THE UNIVERSE.

Hi Amy and Jacky, My mother is nearly 100 years old and an extremely picky eater. This spaghetti is one of the few things that she will eat. Thank you so much for this recipe! ❤️

Made the Amy + Jacky spaghetti Bolognese recipe…sooo good. Extremely easy and tastes like I spent hours making the sauce❤️😋 My 7 yr. old NEVER finishes his dinner. This meal… LOVED it!! Asked me to make this spaghetti again.

Tried Amy & Jacky’s Spaghetti Bolognese for dinner tonight. So yummy – even have enough for lunch tomorrow! Hubby’s comment (after stating how delicious it was) is that it needed about 5 min after NR to cool down before we could eat it🤪 So hot! We’ll be having this one again💕
