I would never think to make a pasta sauce using soy sauce and fish sauce but wow- the flavor profile is amazing and especially impressive considering the lack of time it took.5 stars

Otherwise the pasta would not have been submerged. The extra water was fine, did not have any problems. Very tasty dish, but I am always happy with all of your recipes that I try. I didn’t have any fish sauce so I looked up suggested substitutes and went with a 50/50 mix of soy sauce and rice vinegar.5 stars

It was very good and very easy to make! The taste elevated pasta to a higher level! The only suggestion I have is to have more liquid, it was a bit dry for us. I added some Rao’s Marina sauce to it and it rocked!4 stars

What am I doing wrong? I can’t seperate the noodles either as when I try to, it ends up breaking up the noodles and making a big old mess.

Your recipe is such a great starting point. Pasta is al dente and veggies tender. I added more mushrooms, chopped Roma tomatoes and some homemade soup in lieu of the water. I like depth of flavor. Topped with freshly grated Parmesan. ( P.S. I didn’t have sherry so I used a bit of Pinot Grigio to deglaze the inner pot )5 stars
