I found it in the process of trying to decipher and use the bread proof and bake functions on my Cuckoo brand induction pressure rice cooker of all things. For now the device remains an awesome rice cooker. However, I did spend some time and adapt this for the Cuckoo multi cookers I own (I have two). Now with size and time worked out I have been making this a few times a week for the last several months. Being just a little bit smaller than the original size it fits nicely in my “counter top oven” for browning as well. A perfect recipe for a rather lazy person who doesn’t want to heat up the kitchen in the summer. Just takes planning a day ahead.5 stars

Can’t believe how easy it is! I’m also shocked such few ingredients yield such tasty bread! I modified the recipe for my bread making machine and it was still delicious! My friend and I are at a higher altitude (elevation of ~4,500) and even though she baked hers and I made mine in my bread machine, the ratios were perfect. I put the ingredients into my bread machine in the following order: water (at 80 degrees), flour, salt, yeast (I did 2 tsp active yeast; and had it knead for 10 minutes, rise for 2 hours, and then bake for 42 minutes with the crust color set to “DARK”. Definitely a keeper! I’m new to bread making and this made it so easy for me.5 stars

I think it is all to do with putting too much water too quickly and the yeast mixture is too problematic.But after nearly throwing away my dough after the second attempt. Resigning and just keeping the second flat dough in the airfyer at full blast, I finally got my epiphany. The room is too cold. The first time after many hours the instant yeast from Indonesia was over 3 years old, so that dough had to go into the bin..The second 200 gram dough started rising in the airfryer. The room must have been too cold. These experiments are so tedious and tiring..I know now, we must have the latest. The bread I’m the second time tasted so good, I must do this more frequently.5 stars

This recipe appeals to me because my house temperature is too cool for the “sitting on kitchen counter” time recommended. I also use the IP for a pizza dough rise time using the yogurt setting. It works great! Enjoy your day 🙂
