Made this and it gets better as it sits. Mild flavour I would add some cayenne. Used chicken drums then stripped and cut up and made your basmati IP rice adding in 2 Cloves. Mixed all together for lunches. Thanks again! Yummy!

This is so delicious, and the sauce is great for dipping. I roasted potato wedges in the oven while the chicken cooked, then put the chicken under the broiler to brown and crisp. Love the layers of flavors. 😋

I made this today and it was outstanding. I cook and bake by weight so I REALLY appreciated your instructions. I don’t use my instant pot often because I feel it a bit intimidating however this has given me the confidence to use it more. THANK YOU! Andrea

This recipe is fabulous; thank you for sharing! It is naturally gluten free which is great for my household. My kiddos and husband literally cleaned their plates. I substituted a dry white wine for the shaoxing wine. I recommend garnishing with cilantro. This will be put into our meal rotations!

I made this yesterday. It tasted really good. I used skinless chicken thighs and I didn’t broil at the end so it didn’t look as good as this photo, but it sure tasted good. It’s a keeper!
