I want to try this and I have a dehydrated wild mushroom mix. Can I use this in place of the fresh mushrooms? What should the total dehydrated mushroom weight be? I assume they should not be sauteed since the shitakes aren’t. Thank you!

It will work fine πŸ™‚ I recommend increasing the cooking time by a minute or two as the get up to pressure time will be shorter.
