I had a rack of spare back ribs and I wanted to try an instantpot recipe for a change and knew I would have good luck if I used one of yours. I chose this one, and it was incredibly easy and absolutely delicious. Even my neighbor who also is big into BBQ (was smoking some butts at the same time I brought him a couple of these ribs) was a big fan! I was a bit skeptic when I pulled them from the instant pot and they were white ha, but after basting and broiling, wow. Thanks for a great recipe!5 stars

These ribs however are outstanding…love them, and so did my husband who is not a rib fan. He actually ate 2 leftover ribs cold out of the fridge…..an absolute shocker, LOL! Gotta go, gotta make more.
