Anything that can be fried, steamed, convection cooked, pressure cooked, grilled, etc., including the vast majority of trusted recipes from other AF brands, or originating from other trusted conventional cooking means, etc.

In reply to Bonnie Thompson. Think about all the recipes you can do in an air fryer. Just because you don’t see it on the website doesn’t mean you can’t use the pot for your own recipes. Chicken wings, grilled cheese, fried chicken, paninis, fish, tater tots, fries, anything you like to eat that’s crispy w/o using oil

Hi, Only just got this pot and it seems quite daunting, but following on from your water test feel a little more confident. Probably a daft question, but when cooking baked potatoes (or anything) that uses the pressure cooker first, and then the lid is swapped for air frying, do I pour away the water in the bottom of the pot or leave it in?

Not sure about keeping the IP crisp lid. If only 15 recipes that use the $50+ lid, why bother?

A few days ago I asked if you would create an Air Fryer Lid category so I, and others, didn’t have to hunt through Air Fryer recipes one by one to find the ones that specified IP cooking first then finishing with the Air Fryer Lid. I just looked over the recipes on your website again and saw that there WAS a section devoted to Air Fryer Lid recipes. I must have missed it the first time. Will be trying out the Baby Back Rib recipe tomorrow..

In reply to Kristine. About this item The Air Fryer Lid does not have pressure cooker functionality and is not compatible with the following models: Smart Wi-Fi 60, Smart Bluetooth, Duo Evo Plus 6, Duo Evo Plus 60, Duo SV 60 or Max 60.
