Can I make chicken Pho with the same recipe as the beef Pho substituting chicken broth and breasts for the beef? I have a duo gourmet (Costco brand).

Thank you for your delicious recipe and detailed notes. I have a question about the Instant Pot functions … what are the differences between the Steam function and the (Manual) Pressure function. Are they the same? Could I use the Pressure function interchangeably with the Steam function?

Thank you for doing all the hard work for us! It is a bit of a gap that we have to leap in getting an instant pot.You have done a nice job with your recipes. I have gone through the learning curve of getting started with an instant pot but it is not easy getting others through to see the benefits on the other side. You both have filled in those blanks. Thanks very much.

Do you know how to store leftovers? I am single and would like to freeze in single servings. I have a 6quart Muller pressure cooker. I would like like to know if you know the difference in the IP and Muller cookers?
